Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Delivery timescales for each product is stated on the product page. Ready to ship items will normally be posted 1-3 days from receiving the order.
As a general rule, most items under £120 are sent by Royal Mail Signed For and items over £120 by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Quite often we can dispatch your items quicker than stated, so if you need if for a specific date please do get in touch to see if this is possible. On request, we may be able to send out some 'ready to ship' items on the same day. Please call us on 07775 556552 to request and pay postage for next-day delivery.
Please note we are likely to stop guaranteed delivery before Christmas at least 7-10 days before 25th December.
RETURNS POLICY
Any jewellery ordered from our website can be returned (if unworn) within 28 days for a credit note or exchange, or within 7 days for a full refund (minus any postage paid). Earrings, made-to-order pieces and bespoke commissions are non returnable. Please notify us as soon as possible by email if you wish to return your purchase. Please return all packaging (including a copy of the delivery receipt) with the item to:

Please ensure that you email us when you have returned the item as we don’t collect everyday from the PO box – info@alicerobson.co.uk.
In the UK all jewellery should be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure a secure and traceable delivery. For Europe and worldwide orders, please ensure your method of return is tracked and insured to the value of the goods.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated. Refunds, exchanges and credit notes will be for the original value of the item purchased, excluding any delivery charges and taxes where appropriate.
Please inform us of all breakages within 48 hours of receiving the order. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault with in a period of 6 months.
All items will be inspected and if deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a repair service, where repair is possible, for Alice Robson Jewellery only. A fee may apply.
