WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect no personally identifying information through basic browsing of the “ARJ” website.

We collect basic non-identifiable tracking information, operating system, internet location and browser used from web-based stats. We collect personal identification information through form-based gathering on our contact page and fee page. We collect:

Name, surname, e-mail address and content input into messages and newsletter sign-up forms.

We collect personal identification information which is needed to complete orders on the website. This includes but is not limited to: name, address, country, company name, e-mail address, telephone numbers and order notes.

This information is emailed to alice@alicerobson.co.uk. This information is held exclusively by “ARJ”. This information is for the purpose of contacting the message sender with the required reply, newsletter or to complete the orders taken on the website. This information is shared through trusted third parties to complete the newsletter signup (MailChimp) as well as to complete order processing (PayPal).

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

We use the information collected to build a picture of where our viewers originate from, which pages they look at and how they got to our website. There is no personally identifiable information. It is limited to basic web statistics tracking information.

We use the information provided to return messages to queries from the website and complete orders taken on the website.

Our newsletter only goes to those who have specifically requested to be on the newsletter mail list, either via the website sign-up form or verbal or written consent at a fair or in the studio.
