Yes, we ship all over the world for pieces up to the total value of £250. Shipping costs will be added at your basket. Free UK delivery.
Yes quite often I can dispatch orders quicker than stated, but please do get in touch if you need a piece for a specific date and we will confirm if it's possible.
As long as the piece has not been worn, you have 7 days for a full refund and 28 days for an exchange. If you are giving an Alice Robson piece as a present and need a little longer on the exchange timescales, please get in touch and we can extend the date if need be.
Yes, but it may change the price and delivery timescales. Please contact us before purchasing it if you'd like a different stone than shown.
Generally we only repair Alice Robson pieces. However if it's alongside us making a bespoke piece or remodelling a piece then please do ask.
